How often will I receive shipments?
Our default subscription ships every three months, but you can adjust the frequency to fit your needs. Choose monthly or the interval that best supports your routine.
How do I subscribe?
To subscribe, simply select the product you love and choose the “Subscribe” option. From there, set the delivery frequency that fits your rhythm.
Will I be notified before my next shipment?
Yes! We’ll send you an email three days before your next shipment, giving you plenty of time to review the details and make any adjustments.

Are there any cancellation fees?
If you decide to cancel after two shipments, there is no additional cost. However, if you cancel before your third shipment, a fee will be applied to cover the difference between the subscription savings and the regular price of the products.
Can I use additional discount codes with my subscription?
Subscription orders are already discounted by 20%, so additional discounts cannot be applied.
When will I be charged?
Your first charge is processed when you complete your subscription order. Future charges will occur on your chosen schedule.

What if I need to change my order after it's been processed?
